Manufacturing Processes: Our diligence in selection of ingredients is the secret of our rich flavour. One of these ingredients is water, the beginning of life, which we supply from the pure resources of Kura River. We refine the spirit in a striking way and complete it with cold-air stabilization. Kosmos Vodka is distilled five times, which gives a softer and sophisticated taste.

White Wheat: One of distinguishing ingredients of Royce Vodka is 100% handpicked white wheat. The most valuable wheat in the world, it contains cutin and lignin in its outer cell as well as wax-like substances in the inner cell, which prevent ingress of water and bacterial growth in the wheat. Thus, we create the cleanest flavour that is possible.

Manufacturing processes: The distinguishing aspects of Royce Vodka are also evident in its manufacturing process. To reveal the nobility of vodka, we combined avant-garde distillation methods with the conventional methods of the filtration system that was invented in late 1800’s. Royce Vodka is distilled and filtered four times and undergoes two types of filtering systems to preserve the purity of the product. It passes through quartz sand two times, and through carbon filters two times. After completion of chemical and sensorial tests, it rests in palladium alloy tanks for 89 days.

Usage of Purely Natural Ingredients: Fermented mash of fruits and seeds (sweet orange and lemon peels from South Europe, almond and cardamom from Southeast Asia, liquorice and juniper berries from Turkistan) is treated with the “pot distilling” method. This is how the harmonious taste of citrus fruits and juniper berries are combined in Beetliq. The spirit is slowly and delicately distilled under low pressure with various plants and seeds (angelica, lingonberry and orris root from Europe, Ceylon cinnamon, coriander and green cardamom seeds from Sri Lanka) to achieve an aromatic taste. Following distillation, Beetliq has a resting period of 59 days. The odour and tasting tests are performed to achieve the perfect result. Every small batch is a completely seducing experience.

Eco-Friendly Protector: 100% reliable and 100% environment-friendly protection system has been exclusively registered and used for the first time by our brand. The protective cap is manually applied and secured on each and every bottle after the filling process and rested for 12 hours to dry. The cap can be dissolved only in 40 seconds.

Manufacturing Processes: The full and elegant character of Rakish comes from the triple distillation process with local grapes and 40% roasted anise, while its calm and slightly flavour represents the culmination of 1 months of resting. This is how we combined our skills in selecting quality raw materials and anise, with our skills in mastering the art of distillation. Rakish does not contain methyl alcohol, which is a very harmful substance that is used in other brands of raki manufactured in Turkey by law. Hence, we offer Rakish in its purest form to ensure you avoid hangovers.
Rules of Table: Today, drinking raki has its own traditional rituals. The first condition for drinking raki is a simple table. Because raki’s key is the people who you drink with. There is a certain type of music that goes well with raki; Slower styles like Alaturka or Fasil music. This special spirit is most frequently accompanied by cold hors d’oeuvres, fish, seafood and Turkish kebab. Especially in Turkey, melon and feta cheese are the best combination for accompanying raki. The best way to drink the famous raki as turkish drink is straight cylindrical glasses and cold (8-10 degrees). One can drink with water, soda or mineral water. The most accurate ranking of ritual is, firstly put some raki, then pour water and lastly put ice in glass. The ratio on the glass varies according to the drink, 50% raki – 50% Water is always safe, but the best is 65% Raki and 35% water.
Taste and Appearance: Raki is absolutely clear on the glass, but when mixed with water it turns into a milky white color, so people call it “lion milk”. The rested and fresh small of anise oozes into the nose, while the strong flavour and bittersweet aroma strike the palate. Our recommendation is drinking Rakish cold, preferably with ice.
